Terms of Service

Effective: March 27, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Perde, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this software.

2. License Grant

Perde grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application. Each license key entitles you to use Perde on 1 (one) Mac computer.

3. Purchase & Activation

Perde is purchased with a one-time payment. A license key is required for activation. Lifetime free updates are included with your purchase.

4. Free Trial

Perde offers a 1-day free trial with all features unlocked. No payment is required for the trial.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application
  • Share your license key with others
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the application in violation of applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Perde remain with Perde. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

7. Service Availability

Availability of license activation servers and update servers is not guaranteed. Perde is not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Perde is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Perde be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

10. Termination

Your license terminates automatically upon violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the application and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
